Land Acquisition Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Identifying potential land acquisition opportunities in line with the company's objectives.
• Conducting thorough research and due diligence on land, including title searches, zoning
regulations, and environmental assessments.
• Negotiating and securing land purchase agreements while ensuring compliance with legal and
regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with legal, finance, and project management teams to facilitate smooth land
acquisition processes.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landowners, local agents, and relevant
stakeholders.
• Analyzing market trends and property values to inform land acquisition strategies.
• Managing the documentation and records associated with land acquisition transactions.
• Assisting in risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to land acquisitions.
