Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Testing (5-8 yrs)

Position Title : Sr QA Automation Engineer.

Skills : Java/.NET+ Selenium.

Experience : 5-8 Years.

Mode of work : Hybrid.

Work Location : Pune.

Note : Conducting Drive 8th March in Pune face-to-face interview.

Key Accountabilities Details :

- Test Automation Develop & Execution.

- Design, develop and execute the test automation strategy.

- Initiate and implement new automation ideas and concepts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team.

- Participate in design, code, and functional product reviews to facilitate white-box test design and execution and to ensure the quality and testability of the software for black-box and regression testing.

- Responsible to make necessary enhancements and/or changes in Automation Framework to enable other QA resources to make automation faster.

- Ensure continuous automation getting triggered whenever there is new build either by scheduling or manually.

- Work closely with Software developers and other QA engineers to deliver the highest quality products in a timely and cost-effective manner.

- Engage in requirement specification process for new software functionality.

- High Code Quality Contribution.

- Design, develop, review, re-factor, and maintain automation frameworks, test cases and scripts with quality and performance in mind.

- Identify and manage risks for schedule and quality with the team.

- Add to engineering teams culture of high code & product quality.

- Global Team Interaction and Collaboration.

- Guide and maintain QA & developer teams and best practices.

- Seek support from local and global QA & developer teams when required.

- Recommend solutions and options to global team when required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

- Foundation Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications.

Essential or Desirable : Bachelors / Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent.

Essential :

- 5+ years experience in test automation using Selenium and C#, Java, including framework design, script development from scratch and script execution.

- Complete knowledge of Jenkins/Azure DevOps job setup from end-to-end prospective.

- Experienced in SQL,.NET, and REST API.

- Minimum 3+ years of solid work experience in automation Technologies.

- At least 1 years experience with Azure/AWS.

- Hands on experience with API Tools like Postman.

- Strong knowledge and experience working with complex models.

- Strong proficiency in SQL queries, XML, HTML, scripting languages such as JavaScript.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment or TDD.

Desirable :
