Overview:

Endeavor Academy, a leading EdTech service provider committed to delivering exceptional learning experiences, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Advanced Physics. As a Solution Author, you will play a vital role in developing detailed, step-by-step solutions for complex physics problems, addressing student queries, and contributing to the development of assessments on our interactive online platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Authoring

• Develop accurate, clear, and comprehensive solutions for problems across various advanced physics topics, including but not limited to:
• Classical Mechanics: Newtonian mechanics, kinematics, dynamics, rotational motion, and fluid mechanics.
• Electromagnetism: Electric fields, circuits, magnetism, Maxwells equations.
• Quantum Mechanics: Wave functions, Schrödingers equation, quantum states, and operators.
• Thermodynamics & Statistical Mechanics: Laws of thermodynamics, entropy, heat transfer, and kinetic theory of gases.
• Optics & Wave Physics: Geometrical optics, interference, diffraction, and polarization.
• Relativity: Special and general relativity, time dilation, length contraction, and relativistic energy-momentum.
• Nuclear & Particle Physics: Radioactivity, nuclear reactions, fundamental particles, and quantum field theory.
• Astrophysics: Stellar evolution, black holes, cosmology, and gravitational waves.
• Ensure that all solutions align with curriculum guidelines and meet high-quality standards.

Doubt Resolution

• Address and resolve student queries effectively through the online platform.
• Provide clear, concise explanations tailored to different learning needs.

Assessment Support

• Create, review, and validate assessment questions and solutions.
• Evaluate student responses and provide constructive feedback to enhance understanding.

Portal Interaction

• Use the online platform efficiently to type, format, and submit solutions and responses.
• Track progress and maintain detailed records of completed tasks.

Content Accuracy & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all solutions and explanations are accurate, well-structured, and error-free.
• Update content as needed to reflect curriculum changes and advancements in the field of physics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Physics or a related field.
• Strong expertise in core and advanced physics concepts.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Experience in teaching, tutoring, or content development is preferred.
• Familiarity with online educational tools and platforms is an advantage.
