Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Java + Python Developer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in backend development, with strong proficiency in Java and Python. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable server-side applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with authentication and authorization frameworks such as OAuth2, JWT, or Auth0.
• Design and implement database solutions (relational & NoSQL), ensuring security and performance.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Java and Python.
• Proficiency in Java frameworks like Spring Boot and Python frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Experience in database technologies:
• Relational Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle.
• NoSQL Databases: MongoDB, Redis.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
