Encora Inc - AEM Lead - System Design (10-15 yrs)

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) application, ensuring alignment with business goals and end-user needs.
• Understand and optimize the application backend, implemented using .NET, NodeJS Restful API, and relational databases (PostgreSQL and MySQL).
• Interface with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
• Participate in the design and execution of system testing.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Technical Lead, with at least one year, delivering an Adobe AEM project with a team size of 6-8.
• Certified AEM Sites Architect/Developer preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering software projects within budget and on time.
• Must be familiar with Agile development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of backend application implementation with relational databases
• Understanding of backend system design Restful API and Relational DB
• Knowledge of .NET/NodeJS is good to have.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly convey information to a variety of audiences.
• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Experience working with U.S. clients and managing geographically dispersed teams.
• Demonstrable experience in overall application design.
