Encora is looking for Support Consultant I(Onboarding Specialist) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Maintain accurate records of new employee information and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and stored appropriately.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to onboarding and new employee orientation.Guide new employees through the onboarding process, answering questions and providing support as needed.The Onboarding Specialist will also be responsible for developing and maintaining onboarding materials and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
