Content Moderation: Review and monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
Identify content that will be useful for the users

Transcription: Listen to audio recordings on the platform and provide clear and we'll-written transcriptions in English.

User Engagement and Support: Make sure that the user inquiries are responded to.
Provide guidance on platform usage.

Travel and Scaling:
Travel once a month to different districts to support platform scaling initiatives.

Required qualification:
10+2 and above, Written English should be good
Should be fluent in Kannada and Tamil and possess good English writing communication.

Required experience:
Minimum 1-year experience in roles that involve listening and speaking to the clients.

Interest and Skills:
Strong attention to detail, good listening and comprehension skills. critical thinking skills.
