We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to join our team as an individual contributor.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in the field, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality machine learning models, statistical analysis, and data-driven insights.

The role requires effective stakeholder management, clear communication, and a basic understanding of documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

Individual Contributor : Take full ownership of data science projects from inception to execution, working autonomously while collaborating with key stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management : Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data science requirements.

Requirement Understanding & Output Presentation : Gather and analyze business requirements to develop innovative solutions; present clear and concise results to stakeholders.

Basic Documentation: Document your processes, models, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing within the team and maintain consistency in workflows.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficient in Python and its libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.) for building and deploying machine learning models.

- Expertise in machine learning (ML) algorithms, statistical modeling, and model validation.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Machine Learning for managing end-to-end data science workflows.

- Experience with model deployment and monitoring on cloud platforms, particularly Azure.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Python and libraries used for machine learning and statistical modeling.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Machine Learning.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to derive insights from

complex datasets.

- Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

- Ability to present technical outputs to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, understandable manner.

- Basic documentation skills for tracking work processes and delivering project summaries.
