Institutional Sales Trader/ Equity Derivate Sales

• Client Acquisition will be the primary KRA
• Understand client-based objectives and accordingly
• For Long Only Clients/Funds - Introduce to Equity Research team
• For Derivative and Algo Based clients Introduce to Algo/System Network Team
• Should maintain close relationships with fund managers/ fund admins
• Ensuring post onboarding revenues from the client by coordinating with respective internal teams

Skills and Competencies:

• Interpersonal / Communication Skills
• Networking and Market Intelligence
• Strong Client Relationship Skills
• Basic Understanding of Indian Equity/Currency Markets
• Understanding of algorithmic trading strategies will be desirable though not a prerequisite
• Have exposure and relationships with Institutional clients abroad
