Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives for marketing initiatives.
- Architect, design, and implement robust and scalable digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and project timelines throughout the marketing lifecycle.
- Conduct performance analysis, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality content and campaign performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital marketing tools and platforms, implementing effective solutions to address challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, and share knowledge with the team.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign execution.
- Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams, with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Solid understanding of analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, SEMrush) and performance metrics.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
