Job Summary:
Are you a Total Rewards professionalEmerson has just the opportunity for you! The Total Rewards Director - APAC Region will be responsible for designing, planning, implementing and leading Emerson s Total Rewards strategy across APAC countries. This exciting role requires a deep understanding of regional and country-specific compensation practices, ensuring compliance with global governance and local requirements, and facilitating the timely execution of global regional compensation programs, including short-term and long-term incentive plans.
You will collaborate with our APAC senior leadership and the Total Rewards Global COE to establish strategy, as well as work closely with the country and business unit HR teams for execution. Your expertise will guide benchmarking, optimize annual total rewards processes, and continuously improve our regional rewards approach to attract, retain, engage and motivate employees.
