Technical Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand their technical and business needs.
• Handle technical queries and provide effective solutions.
• Continuously learn about our product offerings and stay updated on new developments.
• Provide quotations and maintain regular communication with customers.
• Visit customers in the field when required to understand their needs better and offer on-site support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Background: Basic fundamental knowledge of engineering (Electrical, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, or Mechanical).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
• Technical Aptitude: Understanding of engineering concepts, with the ability to quickly learn about new products and technologies.
