Job Title: Social Media Marketing Lead

Job Overview:
- We seek a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Marketing Lead to spearhead our social media strategy and drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple social platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and executing creative social media campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance, and managing a team.
- This role will play a key part in growing our digital presence and overall marketing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging, high-quality, and on-brand content (visual, video, written) for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, community engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with the audience to foster brand loyalty.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of social media specialists, content creators, and designers.
- Mentor and develop their skills to ensure best-in-class execution.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate monthly reports.
- Use data to optimize content and strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, digital marketing, product, and customer support to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Implement new tactics to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
- Paid Social Media: Oversee and manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for performance and aligned with budgetary constraints.
- Influencer & Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand presence and credibility.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least two years in a leadership role.
- Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing multi-platform social media strategies with a deep understanding of platform algorithms, paid social, and content optimization.
- Creative Mindset: Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling and innovative content.
- Analytics Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and consistent brand tone.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with design tools (e., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Collaborative: A team player with a positive attitude who can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay ahead of trends and quickly adapt to platform changes and new digital opportunities.
Preferred:
- Experience working in the healthcare domain.
- Prior experience with influencer marketing and community engagement.
