Job Description
We are seeking a talented Systems E ngineer - Generative AI who is functionally leading the team . Reporting directly to the Vice President of AI and b ased out of Noida, this individual will be in charge of leading systems design , architecture, and documentation, developing risk management plans, and leading sprint planning. This role will be leading a team and will write code regularly w hen bandwidth permits. We re looking for a humble, servant leader, who isn t afraid to lead from the front and push the team to reach their goals . The ideal candidate for this role is someone who understands technical systems in depth, is an avid developer, and an even better architect. You will need to understan d AI and prompt engineering , but even more importantly, you will need to understand how to build relationships with developers and motivate them to follow your lead.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead a team of developers with a lead by example and from the front mentality .
- Lead system requirement gathering, writing of user stories, system architecture design, and documentation.
- Develop Risk Management Plans and manage risk throughout the project
- Coach the team and help them become better at their respective roles .
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code . You will jump in and be hands-on with different deliverables as bandwidth allows.
- Participate in peer reviews with your team members - you will be leading the team, but also working hand in hand to make sure projects get done at lightning speed .
- Debug with the team and b e involved in the QA process .
- Create new and enhance existing services, as well as integrations using .NET (C#), Java, Delphi, SQL Server, Angular , and other technologies.
- Develop and fine-tune prompts for known large language models (LLMs) to enhance AI model performance using techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Integrate third-party and internal custom solutions into our portfolio of software products. Monitor and maintain API services in production environments.
You Are a Good Fit for This Job If You:
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Have 5+ years of total experience, with experience as a developer, systems engineer or software architect, and/or product owner.
- Have 2+ years of experience designing and architecting systems .
- Have 2+ Years of experience with generative AI prompt engineering using technologies like GPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet , and Gemini .
- Have 2+ Years of experience with .NET (C#) , Java, or SQL Server (or a combination of these technologies) .
- Have s tartup e xperience - a plus.
- Have Delphi, Angular (JavaScript) e xperience - a plus .
- Hold a Bach elor s or Master s degree in Comput er Science or a related field, or have the equivalent in relevant work experience.
