Job Position: Dot Net Developer

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of complex software applications using the .NET framework. 
• Act as a key liaison with the clients, participating in client meetings, understanding their needs, and providing technical insights and solutions. 
• Work independently to deliver high-quality code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. 
• Contribute to the architectural decisions and design considerations for scalable and efficient software solutions. 
• Design and optimize SQL databases, write complex queries, and ensure database performance meets application requirements. 
• Utilize MVC architecture and Entity Framework to develop modular and maintainable web applications. 
• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful WebAPIs to facilitate seamless communication between various system components. 
• Leverage Blazor for building interactive, client-side web applications with .NET
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to enhance overall team capabilities. 
• Investigate and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner, ensuring smooth project execution. 
• Create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for code, processes, and system architecture. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 
• 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development. 
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, WebAPI and Blazor. 
• Proven experience working directly with clients and understanding their business requirements. 
• Strong SQL database skills and ability to optimize queries for performance. 
• Demonstrated ability to work as an individual contributor in a collaborative team environment. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
