We are seeking an Innovation & NPD (New Product Development) Manager to lead end-to-end product development for our beauty and personal care portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving innovation through deep consumer insights and product expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, a solid understanding of Consumer and Market Insights (CMI), and a passion for creating products that resonate with our consumers.

Prior Experience in Beauty & Personal care is MUST.

- Lead the development and launch of new products from concept to commercialization.

- Develop Brand strategies for expansion & growth in Middle east, Africa & Europe

- Translate consumer needs and market trends into innovative product solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, packaging, supply chain, and regulatory to ensure product feasibility and compliance.

- Define product specifications, prototypes, and testing plans in partnership with R&D teams.

- Monitor product performance post-launch and implement continuous improvements.

- Conduct in-depth consumer and market research to identify emerging trends, gaps, and opportunities in the beauty and personal care industry.

- Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to drive product design and positioning.

- Analyze competitor products and innovation pipelines to maintain a competitive edge.

- Integrate consumer feedback into product development cycles to ensure alignment with market needs.

- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple NPD projects.

- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and deliverables are met at each stage gate of the product development process.

- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

- Collaborate with brand teams to ensure product alignment with overall brand strategy and positioning.

- Act as the bridge between consumer insights and product development to craft compelling product propositions.

- Prior experience in a global or regional CMI role (e.g., L'Oral, Unilever, Dabur, P&G, Reckitt, etc.).

- Prior experience in a Innovations Role for beauty & personal care brand.

- Familiarity with design thinking and agile methodologies.
