Assistant Manager Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing and sales activities to support business objectives and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales in the B2B sector.
• Manage communication between the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and synergy.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment with marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support sales initiative.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and campaigns tailored to the target audience.
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies, Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Coordination with purchase & Technical department.

Preferred candidate profile

• Job Location: 5 Minutes walkable distance from Lower Oshiwara Metro Station. Andheri (West).
• Knowledge of SAP & Tally preferred.
• Prepare MIS, Sales Orders.
• Strong Power Point & Excel (MS Office) skills.
• Strong understanding of B2B Sales processes and Customer Relationship Management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Marketing strategies.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques.
• Candidate residing in Western Suburbs preferred.
• Candidate who can join immediately.
