You will also play a key role in shaping andenhancing the organizationculture and employee value proposition, drivinginitiatives that position Elixr Labs as an employer of choice.
As theManager in Human Resources, you will play a vital role in supporting the HRdepartment in various functions of end-to-end employee life cycle managementincluding recruitment, HR operations and business partnering. You willcollaborate closely with the AVP-HR and other senior stakeholders to ensure theeffective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with thecompanys goals and objectives.
You will be a strategic partner tobusiness units, collaborating with leaders to drive organizationaleffectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management. This role requires aseasoned HR professional with a strong understanding of business operations andthe ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals. The role servesas medium of communication and resolve between the teams and HR for HR-relatedqueries, suggestions, and issues. You will be responsible for assessingHR-related needs and proactively communicate these with our HR department andbusiness management and help develop practical solutions.
What You Will Work On
Recruiting and Talent Management
Lead recruiting efforts, working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, explore and leverage the appropriate sourcing channels, conduct interviews, and facilitate the end-to-end recruitment (freshers and laterals) and onboarding process.
Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees and create an engaging and delightful experience.
Implement retention strategies, ensure attrition for top talent is at the minimum.
Develop talent pipelines and succession plans to meet current and future workforce needs.
Strategic Business Partnership
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, providing HR insights and solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to management, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conceptualize, create, and ensure implementation of recruitment strategy, to launch new initiatives to help in easy and cost-effective sourcing; to analyze competitors their activities.
Leverage HR analytics to drive actionable insights that align HR strategies with business goals.
