We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Zoho Books Expert to join our team and help streamline our financial processes.As a Zoho Books Expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our financial operations using Zoho Books. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate bookkeeping, invoicing, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Zoho Books.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
0.6 to 5 years of experience using Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Zoho Books with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
Set up and maintain the Zoho Books account, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accounts payable and receivable.
Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights into business performance.
Assist in invoicing, billing, and payment processing using Zoho Books.
Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Provide support and training to team members on Zoho Books functionalities.
Stay updated with Zoho Books features and accounting best practices.
