We are looking for candidates who are experience in Payment posting for Medical billing US Healthcare Industry.

Job description

Designation :Process Associate / Sr.Process associate

Experience : 1yr to 3 years

Location : Chennai (Guindy)

Shift : Day

NP :Immediate joiners

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that daily allotment are followed-up with insurance and updated in the production log
• Do self-audit for worked calls and make changes wherever required.
• Ensure that timings in relation to in-times/break times & decorum are maintained.
• Ensure that quality benchmark of 98% is maintained.
• Ensure that Capacity Utilization of 100% is maintained.
• Evaluate frequent errors made and rectify.
• Review Client feedbacks for daily worked Claims.
• Ensure participation in the monthly test and knowledge dissemination sessions

Interview timings: 3PM to 7PM
