Job Description
- Review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns (Forms 1120, 1065, 1040, etc.) for accuracy and compliance with IRS regulations.
- Ensure tax returns are prepared in accordance with US GAAP and tax laws.
- Identify and resolve errors, discrepancies, and potential tax issues.
- Provide feedback and guidance to tax preparers to enhance the quality of work.
- Stay updated with US tax law changes and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients.
- Coordinate with tax managers and senior leadership to ensure timely and accurate filing.
- Review and verify tax work papers, schedules, and supporting documents.
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure data security standards are met.
