Job Title: Integration Lead for Custom Applications (.Net/SQL/Sharepoint- Maximum experience in .Net & SQL with some experience in SharePoint as well)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lead to manage the Custom Applications team through a major transformation process. This role involves overseeing the development and enhancement of applications built on .Net, SharePoint, and SQL technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the team in delivering robust, scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage the day-to-day activities of the Custom Applications team and provide technical leadership in .Net, SharePoint, and SQL development.
• Transformation Process: Lead the team throughout the transformation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of application solutions that meet evolving business requirements.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of custom applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals, while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Development: Involve in Hands-on Development as needed for application.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 8-12 years of experience in .Net, SharePoint, and SQL development, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of enterprise-level application development and architecture.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams through complex projects.
• Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with cloud platforms and Agile methodologies
