Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to handle the sales, client relations, and event bookings for our banquet hall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and ensuring seamless event execution. We are specifically seeking female candidates who excel in communication, negotiation, and hospitality sales

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:

- Identify and engage potential clients for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and parties.

- Develop and maintain relationships with event planners, corporates, and individual clients.

- Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and in-person meetings to close deals.

Client Relations & Event Coordination:

- Understand client requirements and offer customized banquet packages.

- Coordinate with catering, dcor, and event teams to ensure flawless execution.

- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client experience and satisfaction.

Marketing & Promotions:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote banquet services through social media, partnerships, and local events.

- Organize venue tours and promotional activities to attract clients.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Revenue & Business Growth:

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

- Develop strategies to increase banquet bookings and occupancy rates.

- Track sales performance and generate reports for management review.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.

Experience:

- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Hospitality, or Event Management.(Freshers can also apply)

- Experience in banquet, hotel, or event sales is a plus.

Skills:

- Strong sales & negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication & presentation abilities.

- Well-versed in client relationship management & event planning.

Work Location: In person
