Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Indian market at both regional and national levels.
  • Lead business planning activities and define go-to-market strategies for key regions.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic cold calling and targeted outreach.
  • Understand customer pain points, qualify leads, and manage sales cycles to successful closure in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs to refine sales tactics.
  • Prepare and present engaging, customized sales pitches that clearly communicate Business Nexts value proposition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address sales challenges and consistently report progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities; fluency in English and relevant local language is essential.
  • In-depth understanding of industry verticals, buyer journeys, and competitive landscapes.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, with hands-on experience using tools like Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, and Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated success in LOS (Loan Origination System)/lending sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the BFSI sector and customer relationship management systems.
