Cost Estimator

Job Description :

• Analyze costs: Determine the costs of materials, labor, equipment, and other factors
• Review documents: Read blueprints, technical documents, and project plans to understand the project's requirements
• Research: Find the best prices from suppliers and vendors
• Calculate estimates: Use company-approved formulas to calculate costs
• Collaborate: Work with engineers, architects, clients, contractors, and other professionals
• Recommend cost-cutting methods: Identify factors that can negatively impact costs and suggest ways to reduce them
• Create reports: Prepare cost reports and other documentation
• Maintain records: Keep track of estimated and actual costs
• Stay up-to-date: Keep informed of the latest technologies and regulatory requirements
• Cost estimators need to be good at math and analytical thinking. They should also be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be able to manage time well.

Requirement:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
• Minimum 7 CGPA.
• 12+ months of experience in the Retail industry is preferable.
• Salary : Best in Industry (Preferable wood industry)
