Key skills for the job
Role & responsibilities
1. Maintenance of statutory registers and records.
2. Assist in conducting meetings like Shareholder/Board/Committee Meetings.
3. Assist in preparing the agendas and minutes of meetings of the Board of Directors, Committees of Directors, and Shareholders.
4. Assist in preparing and filing returns with ROC, Stock Exchanges, and SEBI.
5. Assist in preparing various reports like Boards Report, Annual Reports, Corporate Governance Reports, etc.
6. Co-operate in conducting internal, secretariat, and statutory audits.
7. Handling Investor-related work and dealing with the companys RTA.
8. Assist in preparing MIS reports & liaise with consultants, government departments, etc.
9. Assist in Drafting various business agreements like Vendor Agreements, Lease Agreements, Sale Agreements, etc.
10. Assist in the implementation of CSR / ESG Projects.
11. Preparation & filing of e-forms/returns under the Companies Act.
12. Keep track of various legal updates in the Companies Act and SEBI regulations.
Preferred candidate profile
The candidate should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with 1-2 years of experience in a listed company. The Candidate should be well versed in the Company law and SEBI regulations.
