Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for 100% working of all the surveillance equipment 24/7 PAN INDIA all the locations
• Responsible for 100% footage availability for the last 45 days of all the surveillance cameras
• Identifying and alerting on failures of the physical security, access control and deployment of security guards 24*7 at all the locations, motion sensors, alarm systems
• Identifying placement of standalone CCTV cameras, Alarms at all locations • Ensuring no obstacles for CCTV camera coverage
• Real time date & time correction on surveillance systems
• Coordinating with service providers for smooth completion of repairs, installation, etc.,
• Downloading and providing footage to the concern departments for investigation of incidents
• Check compliance to SOPs at stores and warehouses and report deviations
• Informing the respective heads about the employees deviations during working hours PAN INDIA

Responsible for Surveillance of stocks, physical assets/infrastructure, people (employees, customers, retailers, security guards, etc.), at shop floor, warehouses and backend offices enabling a safe and secure business environment. This position will lead surveillance executives who are responsible for monitoring activities through surveillance systems, conducting investigations, providing customer service assistance, and participating in training sessions related to security Protocols.

Interact with service providers, surveillance executives, all the stores and storage locations to prepare the MIS information on the CCTV and Alarms devices working status, technical issues, installations, position corrections, complaints, footage availability for 45 days across PAN INDIA for all the cameras at all the locations, real time date & time status of the surveillance systems, service providers bills verification and submitting to the accounts department for on time payment
