As Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for effectively planning, coordinating, and driving the logistics operations with close coordination with the 3PL service provider and improving the productivity and efficiency of the 3PL service provider and leading to customer satisfaction.

This is a critical operational position accountable for implementing Electrolux best practices to optimize the logistics operations and drive continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility.

The successful candidate will ensure collaboration between the 3PL, Order desk, sales, HR, finance, continuous improvement, and the supply chain teams. There will be a heavy focus on driving cost reductions throughout all areas of responsibility while ensuring safety, quality, or customers are not adversely affected.

What you ll do:

• Manage and drive logistics goals and objectives and conduct continuous improvement activities to ensure world-class logistics and 3PL performance and that objectives are consistently achieved

• Manages planning, operations, and customer fulfillment.

• Continuously develop 3PL and team members through active engagement, problem solving, special assignment, and continuous improvement activities

• sales to meet customer demand with no backorders of finished products or service parts

• Provide input and data to support logistics operations and process

• Provide support on special projects involving logistics operations

• Drive Safety initiatives in Electrolux Warehouses in accordance with the Global Safety Program

• In this role, you will be dealing stakeholders. You should be confident in dealing with the stakeholders

• In Electrolux, we encourage open communication at all levels and put emphasis in dealing with our customers as well as colleagues with integrity and respect. You will be working in Mumbai, India on regular working hours and may be required to travel at domestic level.

You are expected to participate in special projects as requested by Electrolux management either as required by the business and/or as part or your career development plan.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

• You should have a bachelor s degree.

• Minimum 6 to7 years warehousing and Transportation experience.

• Demonstrated continuous improvement and change management capabilities

• Strong knowledge of warehouse, Transport planning, Transportation, material handling operations, methods, and practices.
