Electrical Engineer

Job Overview:

The Electrical Engineer applies their conceptual knowledge of electrical engineering and with a moderate level of guidance and direction from colleagues and leadership, is responsible for solving a range of straightforward electrical problems. They will be responsible for analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures, as well as building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. The Electrical Engineer understands key business drivers and applies this knowledge to solve problems in straightforward situations through analysis of possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

Must hold Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Not less than 7 years of detailed electrical engineering experience
Familiarity with the content and application of standards, codes, and guidelines, including IEC, NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and ANSI, and the latest scientific and engineering methods
Technical knowledge of the detailed design engineering process in Oil &Gas, EPC Projects
Experience with Smart Plant Electrical (SPEL), AVEVA Electrical, Dialux/Chalmlite/Agi32, ETAP and MS Office Suite including Excel and Word
