Electrical Engineer (Design)

1. Electrical Design:
Develop detailed electrical designs for buildings, facilities, and infrastructure projects.
Utilize engineering software to create schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
2. Project Collaboration:
Collaborate with architects, other engineers, and project managers to integrate electrical designs into overall project plans.
Ensure coordination with other disciplines to meet project requirements.
3. Code Compliance:
Ensure that electrical designs comply with local, national, and industry-specific electrical codes and standards.
Stay informed about updates to electrical codes and incorporate changes into designs.
4. Systems Analysis:
Conduct power system analysis, load calculations, and other analyses to optimize electrical designs.
Provide recommendations for system improvements and efficiency.
5. Construction Support:
Assist in the construction phase by providing technical support, responding to RFIs, and collaborating with contractors to ensure accurate implementation of electrical designs.
6. Documentation:
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including specifications, design calculations, and as-built drawings.
