Job Description
- Leading the BIM Modeler to develop the Electrical / ELV services design.
- Manage all engineering calculations for building projects.
- Design drawings QC checking knowledge required.
- Understand the project requirements of project scope and deliverables to be produced. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet prescribed project deadlines as assigned.
- Interacting with other disciplines involved in the project and develop the design drawings and documents.
- Communicate effectively with the client, sub-consultants, contractors, and other parties relevant to the job.
- All electrical materials selection to be coordinate with estimation team and USA team.
- Coordinate with other trades teams for design issues.
Position Requirement:
- BIM Modelling knowledge is required.
- At least 8+ years experience required.
- Must be USA project handled in current company.
- An in depth understanding of USA design criteria, standards, and regulations.
Software Knowledge:
- AutoCAD
- Revit MEP
- Dialux
- Bluebeam
