Designation: Executive HR cum Recruiter

Location: Edit Hair & Skin Clinics Pvt. Ltd. (Assure)

Work Timings: 10 am to 7 pm

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop HR planning strategies with line managers considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
• Preparing job descriptions, adverts, and deciding on the best sourcing approach.
• Sourcing candidates through various portals and other platforms.
• Shortlist applicants for interviews.
• Lining up the interviews with concerned heads.
• Manage pre and post-joining formalities.
• Oversee employee engagement activities.
• Organize employee documents.
• Address employee queries and handle situations.

Qualification/ Skills/ Experience

1. Graduate

2. Post Graduate (preferred)

2. Experience in the same industry will be an added advantage
