- Profile and optimize code for microsecond-level performance.

- Contribute to the development of distributed systems with strong consistency guarantees.

- Leverage zero-copy serialization and low-latency networking for system optimization.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional experience in system programming.

- Expertise in Rust, with additional experience in C, C++, or Go.

- Proven track record in building systems with high-performance requirements.

- Strong knowledge of concurrent and lock-free programming techniques.

Nice to Have Skills :

- Expertise in microsecond-level performance optimization using profiling tools.

- Experience in building distributed systems with strong consistency models.
