Job Description
- Field visits to other districts in the state for on-site academic / coordination support in ongoing activities (including but not limited to baseline/endline assessments, innovation design, documentation, showcase events etc).
- Anchor the Learning Partnership component including overall planning, coordination, reviews and ensure timely reportings.
- Coordinate process documentation of the Schools2030 programme in Bihar, including written and audio-visual.
- Preparation of reflective and in-depth case studies, quarterly reports, and school/community profiles with the team.
- Undertake and ensure comprehensive documentation of workshops/meetings with the teachers, stakeholders etc.
- Engaging in extensive literature review of existing and ongoing contributions and innovations in the field of educational assessment and tool design, covering local, national, and international levels.
- Active assistance in designing the assessment process and tools and in data collection, collation, coding, analysis and report writing.
- Active participation in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing the assessment tools.
- Conducting needs assessment and identifying potential areas for capacity building of Eklavya and AKF team members.
- Conceptualizing capacity building workshops for Schools2030 implementation and AP-LP teams.
