Job Description / Responsibilities: We are looking for a skilled VMC Programmer and Setter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VMC machining, especially in programming and setting up VMCs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program VMC machines using CAM software based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Set up VMC machines, including loading materials, fixtures, and tooling.
• Conduct tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and improve machining processes.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in VMC programming and machine setup.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tool offsets and adjustments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

CTC (Cost to Company): ₹350,000 - ₹600,000 annually, based on experience and skills.

Experience: 2 - 10 years

Location of Posting: Korattur, Chennai

Location of Candidate: Tamil Nadu (Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Tamil Nadu)
