Director of Engineering

What You Will Do (Or Learn To Do): > Attract, hire, nurture, and retain the top-tier talent > Build the best-in-class engineering culture > Hands-on leadership driving various site-level technology initiatives > Own and drive multiple product/technology areas end-to-end > Responsible for crafting product vision, architecture, and technology and driving the execution from design discussions to implementation, deployment, and customer success > Work with product teams and various business counterparts to build a highly scalable platform What You Should Already Know: > Hands-on technical leadership experience with a track record of scaling startups/products. > Previous experience in software development and a solid foundation in distributed systems at a cloud Scale > Ability to develop AI agents using GenAI infra technologies like langgraph/langchan, crewAI etc > Ability to dive into details wherever needed including being hands-on when needed > Experience in building best-in-class engineering teams and a positive engineering culture. > Ability to own and deliver by working with sub-teams cross-functionally.
