The Opportunity: Senior PM: AI, Copilot Data quality Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of talent design data quality. Develop and expand key AI products like titles, skills engine, which are core to EF offerings. Lead the development and implementation of copilot tools and processes. Monitor key data metrics with help of annotators and analyst team. Identify opportunities to improve data coverage and quality. Improving product features through customer feedback sessions and sales feedback. Work with partners / service providers to take feedback on data quality and align product direction accordingly Partner with engineering to develop and launch new features Identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the products. Represent the talent design, data quality, and copilot team at company-wide meetings, events and to customers. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of talent design data. Collaborate with partners/service providers to receive feedback on data quality and adjust product direction accordingly. Collaborate with engineering to develop and launch new features. Identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the products. Represent the talent design, data quality, and copilot team at company-wide meetings, events, and to customers. What is Talent Design: Talent Design is a data product, which enables large organizations to manage their jobs and skills. It provides the tools to ingest their current structured/unstructured data and uses global employee profiles and job posting data along with AI recommendations to provide enhancements. This data enables organizations to standardize hiring processes, ensure promotion consistency, set up career progression based on skills and ensure the right upskilling for employees. By shifting focus from job titles to an AI and data-driven skills approach, Talent Design helps companies adapt to changing business needs and stay competitive. What is copilot: Eightfold copilot works across various personas to help them adopt the product. We have candidate facing, recruiter and employee facing co-pilots. The product would extend to include emerging agentic workflows like Swarm. Qualification: Success in this position requires the employee to demonstrate the following: 1. Data and analytical mindset: 2. Data Literacy: Possessing a strong foundation in understanding and interpreting data. This includes the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and draw meaningful insights from data. 3. Statistical Acumen: Familiarity with statistical concepts and methods for analyzing data, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design. 4. Critical Thinking: The ability to approach data with a skeptical and inquisitive mindset, questioning assumptions and identifying potential biases or limitations. 5. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools and software, such as spreadsheets, SQL, python. 6. Experience working with AI driven products including GenAI, agents or Copilots 7. Customer and user focus: Must be able to ensure products provide end customer value and seamless experience 8. Product requirements gathering and analysis: Proactively identify opportunities of product improvement, esp from a data perspective 9. Execution For Results: We are scaling fast and we have a process. While any process can always be improved, this employee must be disciplined about driving releases and results through this process. 10. Collaboration: This product and this employees work impacts and has dependencies on various, geographically separate, and cross-functional teams. Several teams have thought about copilot and this employee needs to collaborate on product and GTM as well as have a well-informed point of view, in collaboration with Niran. 11. Communication: This is a high-visibility role and clear succinct communication is expected of this employee. Executive updates, Customer sessions are common. 12. Curiosity: This employee is expected to show curiosity about LLM/GenAI applications and copilots, play with them or view demos, and have a point of view on how they are driving success e.g. Microsoft, GitHub, competitors, and other vertical apps We are a team of dedicated professionals who strive for excellence in our fields.
