Are you ready to shape the future of EGWe are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Project Manager to join our Public Cloud transformation team

In this role, you will lead and facilitate an initiative that transforms a large portfolio of SaaS products, revolutionizing how EG produces and operates SaaS software

You will be at the forefront of delivering transformative cloud projects that enhance our organizations infrastructure and service capabilities

You will play a critical role in managing and guiding complex cloud implementations, migrations, and optimizations across cloud platforms like AWS and Azure

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in leading technical projects, a deep understanding of cloud technologies, and a proven ability to manage stakeholders and project teams in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud transformation projects

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations

Engage with stakeholders to understand constrains and opportunities, manage expectations and provide regular updates on project progress

Lead cross-functional teams, including internal resources and third-party vendors, to ensure project success

Collaborate with cloud architects and leadership to align projects with broader cloud adoption and digital transformation strategies

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables

Serve as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical complexities into business impact

Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints

Manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure alignment with organizational objectives

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report on project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using structured change management processes

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing IT projects, particularly public cloud transformation

Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is essential

In-depth understanding of cloud transformation processes, change management challenges, business strategies alignment, data protection (GDPR, NIS2)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Proficiency in project management tools and Agile methodologies

Proven ability to anticipate and manage project risks, solve problems efficiently, and make informed decisions under pressure

Experience managing cloud projects in heavily regulated industries (e

g

, healthcare, public sector)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams

Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
