FP&A Business Partner Financial Planning & Analysis

EG is looking for a Business Partner for our Financial Planning & Analysis department.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks.

As a Business Partner in FP&A you will:.

Support the transformation of EGs performance management setup, by pushing the performance management agenda and strive to establish a best-in-class financial analytics setup, that includes a continuous focus on identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner with business units to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans..

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders..

Be part of the FP&A team, together with 5 other team members.

Support the implementation and benefit realization from our new state of the art system setup (Jira, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow).

Constant drive to improve methodologies and processes around reporting & analysis including non-financial topics.

Create transparency around the EG Financial performance, through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends.

Support VP of Financial Planning & Analysis and management with strategic analysis and problem solving.

Collaborate with the finance team on joint presentations, business reviews and analysis.

In the FP&A function, you will work closely with the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, as well as EGs management team in general.

In order to be the anchor point for the group wide financial processes and performance management setup, it is crucial that you master cross organizational networking, collaboration and the ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of the business..

Furthermore, we expect the following from you:.

7+ years of business finance experience in large corporations or Consultancy.

Experience with Group FP&A.

Knowledge around Software as a Service (SaaS) company and key matrix models.

Can Inspire and directs teams and workgroups with different backgrounds towards a commen goal.

Fast learner and passionate about the vertical software industry.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Strong project management and presentations skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with both external and internal stakeholders.
