Job Description

  • Performing Administration related duties.
  • Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
  • Assist in vendor management.
  • Managing vendors / office inventory.
  • Support arrangements for meetings.
  • Answering phone calls / mails.
  • Maintaining filing system.
  • Ensuring proper housekeeping.
  • Ensuring smooth pantry operation.
  • Printing and photocopying.
  • Taking care of facilities related services.
  • Day-to-day admin and support activities.
  • Helping in event management
  • Greeting office visitors and directing them to the concerned person.
  • Maintaining, repairing or replacing office equipment.
  • Monitoring and supervising housekeeping service.
  • Assist in the preparation of MIS.
  • Assisting Admin Manager in his day-to-day activities.
  • Performing miscellaneous activities as set by your HOD / Management.
  • Good communication skills.
