Admission Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Build relationships and partnerships with organizations and educators from tier 1 cities
• Counsel students and parents on admissions to IBOS programs, providing comprehensive guidance and support.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and other platforms to provide consultative advice tailored to the needs of prospective families.
• Achieve enrollment targets across IBOS programs, contributing to the institutions growth.
• Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on prospective students using CRM software.
• Plan and conduct outreach events with schools and community groups to generate awareness and admissions.
• Follow up on assigned CRM leads and nurture them to enrollment completion.

Preferred candidate profile

• Preferably 1 year of experience in education industry, with a proven track record in admissions or consultative sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English, and Hindi with strong consultative selling capabilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and technology used in admissions.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
