Teacher cum Counsellor

1. Prepare and deliver engaging, interactive demo lessons for prospective students.

2. Provide complete information with regard to the Cambridge examination procedures and processes 
3. Demonstrate the use of the school LMS system.
4. Address questions from students/parents during or after the demo session.
5. Tailor the demo session to the age group or subject the student is interested in.
6. Ensure the class is engaging, clear, and showcases the teaching style and methodologies.

7. Follow up with prospective students after the demo class to encourage enrollment.

8. Promoting the School's Values and Offerings

9. Discuss any technology tools or resources used for effective online education.

10. To work in coordination with the schools admission and sales team to ensure smooth student conversions.

      Key Responsibilities:
1. Share insights with the admissions team about student interests, concerns, and preferences.

2. Participate in team meetings to discuss student feedback and improve the demo process.

3. Provide weekly reports on the status of demo taken and conversions.

4. Taking one to one assessment / interaction of students seeking admission in school .
