Role & responsibilities
Your job responsibilities are listed below for your understanding and acceptance. In case of any system up-gradation in future, you will be simultaneously re-trained to understand the new implementation.
1. Responsible for store activity planning as per Requisitions or availability of material.
2. Responsible for preparation & revision of Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).
3. Responsible for coordinating with Eng. department for Preventive maintenance.
4. Coordination, with QA department for upcoming calibration date of instruments and equipment's.
5. Responsible for manpower handling and their allocation in respective area.
6. Responsible for providing SOP training to all employees and Operators.
7. Responsible for coordination with QC department for Release status of Row material and Packing materials.
8. Responsible for co-ordination with all departments.
9. Follow up with purchase and commercial department for disposal of non-moving, Obsolete and rejected raw and packing materials.
10. To supervise proper receipt, loading and unloading, storage, issue, labeling, dispensing of RM/PM as per the applicable procedures.
11. Overseeing teams and staff, assigning staff schedules, organising employee training and developing teamwork initiatives.
12. Communicating with clients, suppliers and vendors by email or phone.
13. Responsible for supervision of the day-to-day operations.
Responsible for any additional Responsibility given by senior from time to time.
