Job Title: Data Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Analyst specializing in email marketing to analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and provide recommendations that optimize our email marketing strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing customer data, segmenting audiences, and helping design email campaigns that drive customer engagement and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate the performance of email marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates.
  
• Develop detailed reports and dashboards on email campaign performance to track KPIs and identify trends.
  
• Segment email audiences based on demographic, behavioral, and transactional data to improve campaign targeting and personalization.
  
• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to recommend data-driven strategies for optimizing email content, frequency, and design.
  
• Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, content, designs, and calls to action to identify the most effective elements.
  
• Monitor and analyze customer engagement across various email campaigns to understand what drives action.
  
• Use tools like Google Analytics, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.), and data visualization tools to track, analyze, and report performance.
  
• Provide insights on email list management, including segmentation, growth strategies, and data hygiene.
  
• Identify key opportunities for improving email deliverability and reducing bounce rates.
  
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and best practices to suggest innovative strategies.
  

Qualifications:

• *MBA in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field is a must*
  
• Proven knowledge as a Data Analyst, preferably within email marketing or digital marketing.
  
• Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).
  
• Solid experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Python, R).
  
• Expertise in email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and segmentation strategies.
  
• Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing in email campaigns.
  
• Familiarity with email automation tools and platforms.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights clearly.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate data-driven recommendations effectively.
