Job Summary:
As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will be immersed in a high performing and frequently challenged team responsible for majority of our integrations projects. You will work and/or consult with team members to deliver integration applications and APIs, implement services, Frameworks and be responsible for the maintenance of integration applications and APIs for all users.
Responsibilities:
Involved in data integration activities, including:
Develop and implement complex data integration solutions between applications and platforms, ensuring proper documentation is created.
Evaluate, define and when necessary, prototype alternatives to determine the most appropriate approach for each solution.
Assist in preparing, evaluating, and interpreting technical requirements specification documents.
Provide occasional support to other data integration specialists to deliver assignments on time, on budget, and matching requirements.
Work with teams to evaluate and improve the usability of the data integration platform.
Provide Support:
Denine and implement an effective, efficient, and robust ongoing support model using the data integration platform.
Document effective support practices for data integration content and ensure completeness of knowledge base content.
Provide off hours tool support, as needed.
Serve as the technical escalation focus for data integration support issues and trouble tickets.
Technical leadership and strategy:
Develop effective, consistent, and robust data integration practice, upholding defined best practices and development strands.
Develop a maturity-based methodology for data integration and identify and drive capability improvements and enhancements.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior integration engineers, as well as other integration engines, to ensure effective integration strategies across the organization.
Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
BS degree in Computer Science or related field plus 4 years of relevant technology experience or equivalent combination of education education experience in lieu of degree, 6+ years of relevant expertise is required.
Proven experience (5+ years) as an Integration Engineer, specializing in Epic Bridges and MuleSoft, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex integration solutions.
Strong familiarity with other integration engines, such as Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus, or Jitterbit, etc.
Epic Bridges and MuleSoft certifications are highly desirable.
Solid understanding of healthcare IT systems and HL7 standards.
Proficiency in various programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and web services (SOAP, RESTful APIs).
Experience with Cloud IPaaS tool MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and CloudHub.
Experience with MuleSoft IDE Anypoint Studio.
Understanding of SOA, Object-oriented analysis and design, or client/server systems.
Expert knowledge in REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, WSDL, RAML, YAML.
Hands-on experience in large scale SOA design, development and deployment.
Experience with API management technology
Experience working with continuous integration and continuous deliver tools (CI/CD) and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, i nformation Systems or similar field of study.
Experience with enterprise software implementation.
Experience working with API s, web services, and source control tools.
Familiarity with Epic (HER) software system.
Familiarity with Domain Driven Design (DDD) concept.
Familiarity with Canonical Data Model (CDM) concept.
Familiarity with HL7, EDI X12 message structure.
Experience with Microservices, Framework Development, DevOps.
Experience with GIT, and Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket)
