Description :
We are seeking US IT Technical Recruiters to define, design, and implement effective recruiting strategies and manage search engagements for various direct client roles.
Responsibilities :
Manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for each role.
Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates through internal and external networking.
Understand client job requirements, including responsibilities and necessary skills, to source suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and successfully close hires.
Stay updated on the latest recruiting trends and best practices.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online tools, referrals, and databases.
Achieve established hiring metrics and performance goals.
Identify, attract, and screen top technical candidates (both active and passive) across various technical skill sets and experience levels.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree, and at least 4+ years of experience in full recruitment life cycle.
Prior experience working on direct client roles and C2C is a must-have.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience or knowledge using CEIPAL or any Applicant Tracking Software
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. Social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Prior experience working on job boards like: Dice.com, LinkedIn, Monster.com, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.
Experience working on State or Federal Government requirements (preferred)
