The IT Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks within the organization. This role involves providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities : Provide technical support to end-users regarding computer hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including operating systems, software applications, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, either remotely or on-site. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and antivirus management. Set up and configure network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor network performance and security, identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities. Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT projects and initiatives. Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations. Provide training to end-users on IT systems and best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices.
