About the Job Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to oversee and optimize the design and planning of our large parcels logistics network and Product Journey. This role will involve managing the execution of large parcel logistics solutions, improving efficiency, and ensuring timely, cost-effective service. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, hands-on leadership skills, and a deep understanding of supply chain product strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Own planning and design for Large Parcels, Supply Chain-including all fixed and variable resources.

2. Optimize Heavy & Bulky Operating cost -drive productivity and utilization of assets with Central Operations and Regional teams.

3. Lead the design and optimization of the Heavy & Bulky delivery network, including defining routes, evaluating new technologies, and selecting delivery partners.

4. Analyse data and operational metrics to evaluate the performance of Heavy & Bulky delivery systems. Use data insights to continuously improve service and reduce costs.

5. Develop and implement strategies for scaling Heavy & Bulky delivery across multiple regions and Categories , ensuring capacity meets demand during peak seasons and growth.

6. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance customer experience in the final stage of delivery.

7. Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and other delivery partners, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

8. Work closely with Operations, Technology, and Customer Experience teams to integrate last parcel solutions with overall business objectives.

9. Lead the integration of technological innovations, such as route optimization software, automation, and real-time tracking solutions, into the delivery processes.

10. Develop and manage budgets for heavy & bulky initiatives, ensuring the balance of cost optimization and service quality. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planners and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.

Required Skills & Qualification:

1. Prior/Current experience in Supply Chain design functions, particularly in Ecommerce / Courier/ Logistics domain.

2. 4+ years of experience in product management, business solutions, or logistics technology, with a focus on large parcel or heavy freight solutions.

3. Strong expertise in building and managing logistics-related products or solutions.

5. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Tech, Operations, and Business teams.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
