Job Description
- Job Characteristics: Defines, implements and continually improving policies, processes and procedures that deliver consistent and reliable products and services to businesses and customers
- Prepares detailed test specifications from which programs will tested and evaluated
- Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents those programs
- Competent to work at the most phases of applications systems analysis and has a good understanding of a business or function
- May be responsible for completion of a phase of a project
- Regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced analyst/programmers
