Full Stack Developer - GenAI (3-7 yrs)

We are looking for a motivated and skilled GenAI Developer with a strong background in the MERN stack and Python. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GenAI technologies such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Llama models, as well as expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Additionally, the candidate should possess mid-level DevOps skills, the ability to lead a development team, conduct research, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Python.

- Integrate GenAI technologies (OpenAI, Gemini, Llama models) into existing and new applications.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Conduct a research on emerging GenAI technologies and assess their applicability to projects.

- Design, implement, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance AI-driven functionalities.

- Implement and manage DevOps infrastructure to support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with design, product, and other cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack to ensure optimal application performance.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on the MERN stack and Python.

- Proven experience in integrating GenAI technologies (OpenAI, Gemini, Llama models).

- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Mid-level DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines and AWS services.

- DevOps : Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or similar.

- Version Control : Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.

- APIs : Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
